If you have special educational needs or disabilities you should have a support plan. It may be an Additional Needs Plan or an and Education, Health and Care (EHC) Plan.
What is written in a support plan?
- Your skills and difficulties
- Your aims
- Your support
Review meetings
A review meeting is when everyone gets together to see if the support plan is working and if it needs changing. It is a good idea to go to your review meeting to say what you want in your support plan. Before you go, think about
- What is going well? What is going badly?
- What do you want to aim for?
- What support do you want?
