      Is a Messaging Service run by the School Health Service which gives students access to confidential health advice via text message.

      E-motion is free and confidential counselling by email, live messaging or phone.  It is for 12 to 18 year olds in East Sussex.

      Discovery College

      Discovery College runs activities for 5 to 20 year olds. It gives new experiences and help you learn more about emotional well-being and mental health.

      i-Rock Hastings  

      The i-Rock drop in service service supports young people aged 14 to 25 in the Hastings area on issues related to emotional and mental wellbeing, jobs, education and housing. 

      Your Doctor

      Your GP can help you with mental health and emotional wellbeing problems. They can refer you for more helps  to services like  the NHS Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS)  if you need it.,

      Emotional Wellbeing Team - Early Help Keywork Service 

      This team can support young people aged 10 to 19 who are having anxiety or other emotional and mental health difficulties.

      Aspirations can help if you are 18 or over and not in work. They can help you manage your circumstances and mental health, regain your independence and get into work, volunteering or education.
