      We work to improve mental health and emotional wellbeing support across East Sussex and need feedback from the community to contribute to the design and development of services. 

      We’re seeking feedback from young people (aged 16+, parents and carers), but we’d also like to hear from you if you work with these groups.

      If you are 18 or older, Health in Mind provides free courses and therapy to help with stress and low mood.
